We are vegan friendly and we welcome everyone to our house 🌈 You will have the entire place to yourself Downstairs we have the Victorian inspired living room with gas fireplace, antique furniture, reading corner with books, music system and kitchen with a half bath room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, with claw foot tub and the second bathroom with shower. Outside on the first floor patio there is a dining area and in the back yard there is the hot tub, dining area and sofa Suited only to guests looking for a peaceful sanctuary. We do not recommend our place for children. Please make sure to read all our info and ask any questions before booking - thank you! Guest access Parking at the bottom of the driveway. We do not recommend parking at the top of the steep driveway - unless you have a powerful 4x4 vehicle. In snow/icy conditions NO VEHICLE should drive up the driveway Never park on neighbours driveways or property We have a very generous check in time of 2pm! Other things to note Stays of two nights or more receive a complimentary snack basket! Occupation is STRICTLY TWO GUESTS max no parties, no extra guests. - no smoking - no pets As a rule we do not generally accept same day bookings Most importantly you must respect our neighbours. This is a quiet residential area with a strict county wide noise curfew of 10pm. Any complaints from our neighbours will result in fines and possible immediate eviction with no refund Stays/bookings are non transferable. Guests must be the persons who messaged and booked the trip. Refunds will not be given for events beyond our control, such as weather/power outages/etc. In most cases rebooking will be allowed We do not accept trip alterations within the cancellation window of your booking Please make sure our place is right for you. We will not offer refunds or cancellations if you find ‘skull soap dispensers unsettling’ or if you find a painting of kittens ‘spooky’ we are by no means a themed scary place but there is a gothic undertone which is obvious in the photos.
