Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This bright and spacious in-law apartment is just steps to the beach and a short walk to Lighthouse Point Park. This modern in-law apartment was recently renovated and will feel like you're away from it all, even though it's a quick 10-15 minute drive to Yale and all the restaurants and shops downtown. Enjoy partial water views of Long Island Sound and easy access to explore the best of Connecticut. **Please note this is a second-floor unit located in a shared home. There may be other guests staying in the apartment below this unit during your stay. The backyard and patio are shared spaces. Stairs are required to access the property.** Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private upper level in-law suite with a private entrance features an open floor plan with two-bedrooms, a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 36” Smart TV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. There are two queen-size beds with the second bedroom located in an alcove area off the living room, this space includes a privacy screen (no door). A designated workspace is available in the living room, perfect for traveling students or professionals. This area contains a desk, lamp, and partial water views. Included entertainment: Smart TV with live tv, Disney+, Hulu, Discovery+, Netflix, ESPN+, HBOMax. Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, board games, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor features include a small balcony with partial views, on-street parking, and lockbox access. - Located in a quiet, beach community walking distance to two beaches (Morris Cove and Lighthouse Point Park). - Just a short walk from Anthony's, Amarante's Sea Cliff, as well as down the street from Lighthouse Point Park, the perfect place to stay if you're in town for a wedding or special event! Please note that this apartment has shared outdoor amenities. Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the shared outdoor amenities.
