Great pond offers fishing, swimming, and a stunning sunset every night. You’ll have the whole cabin to yourself! Two bedrooms on the first floor (each with two twin beds) plus a loft bedroom upstairs with two twins as well. One full bath with stall shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Large screened in porch with lake view, propane grill, and dock (of course!) You get the whole camp to yourselves! Two bedrooms on the first floor and a loft bedroom upstairs. The downstairs also boasts a living room, kitchen, and screened in porch with fabulous water views. Plus your own private dock to soak in the sunsets every night! All of the space is private - no shared space unless you count the cute small library down the dirt road or the basketball court! An abundance of privacy on Great Pond in the close knit community of Woodland Camps. The private dock is less than 100 feet from the camp — water access and views don’t get better than this! 3 minute boat ride or a 7 minute drive to downtown Belgrade Lakes for shopping, dining, or the farmers market. Conveniently located less than 30 minutes to Waterville and Augusta. Easy designated parking for 2-3 cars directly in front of the camp. Bike paths easily accessible from the cabin and easy access to get your kayak, canoe, or paddle board in and out of the lake. There is a public boat ramp just 5 minutes down the road for larger water-crafts. Please be sure to bring swim and bath and towels with you. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided. You can easily plug an extension cord in from the camp to the dock if you need to charge an electric motor. There is a mooring ball for poor weather as well. The water directly off the dock is approx 5 ft deep with a sandy/ rocky bottom. Very little waves unless it’s a windy day. 3 minute boat ride to Great Pond Marina to refuel or pickup any additional bating accessories or toys. Great Pond is the perfect size lake to explore — large enough to pique your interest but small enough to not get lost. It’s a busy day on the lake if you see more than 10-12 boats. 🛶It’s ideal for kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, fishing, tubing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing. Kayak, canoe, and paddle boards can be rented locally from: Webb and Sons Rentals, Brightside Marine, or Belgrade Canoe and Kayak.
