Comfortable Bedroom + Bathroom with Parking

Come and stay 2 minutes away from Croton Dam and wonderful hikes and trails. The guest suite - a private, quiet, and separate space within our house - includes a bedroom, office/work space, and a bathroom that includes both bath and shower. Furthermore, you will have your own microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Additionally, you are welcome to use our outdoor space. This is a very private guest suite in our home. We are family friendly, so children are also welcome! The space The guest suite is very much separate from the home owner’s living quarters. Upon entering through the front door, you’ll find the generously sized private room only a few steps away. Outside, the house is surrounded by a couple of acres of open land, which you are more than welcome to enjoy and explore. Guest access There is one parking spot waiting for you at all times. We are only 2-3 minutes from the dam and 5-6 minutes drive from the center of the village of Croton-on-Hudson, with easy access to highways. Other things to note A car is recommended for this space. We are away from the main village and it can be tough to get around without a vehicle.
