Within a private country club and right on the green, our luxury getaway features: high-end bedding, comfy couch, gas fireplace, jacuzzi bath, smart tech and designer finishes/furniture, with a killer mountain view. Home offers a brand new fully stocked kitchen and a grill. You can enjoy 36 pools & hot-tubs within the grounds (2 min walk to closest) Great weekly & monthly discounts. Golf Cart available for rent Small house trained dogs are welcome (fee applies). We need to approve in advance. The space The unit has new flooring, lighting, shades and, new furniture throughout. We carefully curated the space to ensure your comfort and relaxation. A stocked chef's kitchen awaits to enjoy family dinners, featuring all required appliances as well as an Air Fryer, Coffee Grinder, Electric Kettle, etc. The floor plan is very cozy and offers plenty of space for families, entertaining and working remotely (we have an office area featuring a double desk and even a printer). The reclaimed wood dining room table will comfortably sit up to 8 guests. The extra large living room has vaulted ceilings and is great for movie nights in our 70 inch OLED smart TV. We bought a super comfy couch to pair with the gas fireplace. The fenced backyard overlooks the golf course, has outdoor sitting and a natural gas grill. Perfect for al fresco dining or evening cocktails. Our large master bedroom has an oversized spa like bathroom. We also have 2 other beautifully appointed guest bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with 2 singles) and a separate bathroom with a hot tub. - Rooms feature Brand new Sealy Posturepedic Mattresses, with West Elm Bedding and Ralph Lauren pillows in every bed. We also have full blackout shades for your comfort. - Our showers are spa grade with great pressure + hand held system. Theres a washer and dryer in the hallway. We provide detergent/softener and other general cleaning products. House is stocked with towels, bedding, etc. The whole house is "smart" and managed via Amazon Alexa devices present in all rooms. House has a premium Spotify account to play anything you want via our Alexa devices. We also have crazy fast wi-fi and Smart OLED TVs with premium cable - in ALL rooms. We offer Nespresso and Keurig Machines, with a curated selection of coffee and tea for your enjoyment. - Kids are welcome! House has a pack and play, high chair and even kiddie plates and cups. We also have floats for the pool. - Small house trained dogs are welcome (fee applies). We need to approve in advance. Our country club is extremely safe, gated, and theres strict security to be allowed in. Very peaceful to walk around and explore the grounds. If you want a golf cart, we can rent you one. City of Palm Desert License: STR2021-0195 Guest access Guest access - Guests will have access to the whole house, including the private front courtyard and the back patio overlooking the green. - Access to pools and hot-tubs within our grounds is included. Yes, all 36 of them! Enjoy! - Theres always plenty of free parking either in our driveway or the street. The garage will usually be available as well but will depend on the dates and duration of your stay. - Golf in our private country club might or might not be available to you as a guest depending on the month and if they are offering guest privileges. You will need to inquire at the clubhouse. You are eligible to purchase a membership though, or round packages (24 or 40) which can be shared with your spouse. Theres no joining fee. The above packages also give you access to the sports complex that boasts a full state of the art gym, some classes, tennis center, bocce courts, etc.
