Relax and enjoy the Sonoran desert from your very own recently renovated 1,000 sq ft well equipped centrally located bungalow with indoor/outdoor living area including access to the pool (unheated). Situated within minutes of world class shopping and restaurants at Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter we are also just a short drive away from many attractions, hiking, pickleball courts, West World, Mayo Clinic, many parks, and golf courses. The space Splash in the pool (unheated!), play on the swingset, or just relax and watch the sunsets. The home includes access to the outdoor pool, BBQ set, and kids play house. You will have your own private gated entrance to the property with secure off street parking. Inside the well-stocked space you'll find what you need for a relaxing home away from home. Featuring a handmade king sized bed (additional double air mattress available on request), full kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer, internet, and TV with NetFlix - you should have everything you need to cook at home and unwind after a long day playing in the desert. It is also stocked with games and books for your use. Plenty of storage and unique touches make this space warm and inviting - and it's a perfect base to explore the desert, take a hike, play a round of golf or watch the watch the Waste Management Open (only 3.5 miles away!), Westworld (4 miles away) , go shopping, or enjoy a spring training game. If you have small children, we are located near several amazing parks, and within a short drive (<10 mins) from the aquarium, railroad park, and more! We have lived here for several years and and are quite knowledgeable about events in the area and are able to provide recommendations. Check it all out in our guidebook! We are happy to welcome your family's pet as we know that the best vacations are those with all of your loved ones. Currently the limit is one dog under 40# which must stay off the furniture. Your pet must accompany you when you leave the property- you may not leave your pet unattended. Additional charges for household items or structural damage which are ruined by pets will be added to your final bill. The pool has a child's gate and must be kept locked when not in use. The slide is currently nonfunctioning and the pool is not heated - however during the summer months it is quite warm. Please feel free to use the pool when you like, however guests who are staying at the casita under 15 years of age must be supervised at all times. The pool is the only shared space on the property. Our family may swim on the weekends or weekday afternoons. Generally during the workday M-F you will have the pool to yourself. In the event you prefer al fresco dining - you are also welcome to eat at the pool table- just please clean up after yourselves! For those of you who like to eat out - many top rated restaurants are all within a short drive. Your entrance comes through the side gate next to raised garden beds. If you are here during the winter months you wil see everything in bloom. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parking is off street and private. Other things to note We are a quiet family and live in a quiet neighborhood. No parties or guests are welcome on our property. Mandatory neighborhood quiet hours (which are police enforced if violations occur) are between 10pm-7am. We do have two young children who may play on the playhouse or swim in the pool during daylight hours.
