Guest Suite in Comstock Park

Located in Comstock Park, this home features a backyard overlooking Alpine’s Golf Course, a large walk-out basement, and a private gym. Just 10 minutes north of downtown, it’s set in a quiet neighborhood near Alpine, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and recreational activities. The space I live on the upper level of the home, and the entire basement is yours to enjoy. It’s a very spacious walk-out basement with two cozy living areas, a 75-inch Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV, and a fireplace perfect for relaxing. You’ll also have a large bedroom with a desk, plenty of shelving, a big window, a private bathroom, and your own kitchenette. Additional sleeping areas includes a sleeper sofa ( couch turns into bed) and a queen air mattress. You’re welcome to use the fitness room and laundry room at no extra cost. The laundry room is the only shared space, so we may briefly cross paths there. I always do my best to give guests plenty of privacy, and there’s a locked door separating the upstairs from the basement. The only time I may come downstairs is to do laundry. *Note* If you’re familiar with Michigan basements, you’ll know they can run a bit cooler, so the space may occasionally feel chilly. That said, there’s a fireplace in the living area, along with a few space heaters and extra blankets in the bedroom to keep you comfortable. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns, I’m always happy to help! 😊. ** The fan in the bedroom can be turned on by using the remote (also controls the light) ** The breaker is located in the gym, in case the power is tripped.** Guest access This extremely tranquil and secure neighborhood is situated directly on Alpine's golf course. The golf course is directly in my backyard, making it an ideal location for golfers. You are welcome to park in my driveway, street parking is also available, and depending on the size of your vehicle, my garage may be accessible. Private entrance to the basement is through the garage so it’s recommended to park there if you want. During your stay I have a hybrid work schedule so I’m generally home most of the time. If I can’t be home for check in, I have a lockbox for the house key and I will let you know the code for it. I am very easy to talk to and enjoy getting to know my guests but will also respect your privacy and schedule while you're here. How much interaction we have depends on your preferences
