Has one bed, and one futon that folds into a bed. Can accommodate a couple with one child. Walking distance to Lake Rogers Park Trail. Fishing and canoeing from our dock. Ideal for couple and a child. The pool is for the guests. The host does not use the pool. The pool is behind the main house. The space The cottage is located behind our house by the lake. You will have a lake view from your bed. As you walk into the living room, to the right is the sleeping room, the kitchen and bathroom straight in. There is a microwave, a fridge, one burner, toaster, air fryer. The pool is located steps from the cottage. You have the private use of the pool. The roosters do crow in the morning. Recently remodeled. Increased the square feet. Guest access Guest have access to swimming pool, pool area Cabana, hammock, lake, canoe and dock. Other things to note Bedroom and bathroom recently remodeled Enjoy country eggs from our free range chickens during season.
