Charming Room on Albert Park Lake

Fabulous location, this cozy apartment is close to everything Melbourne has to offer. Situated on the third floor, the apartment is opposite Albert Park Lake, where the Melbourne Grand Prix takes place and walking distance to St Kilda Beach and all the restaurant, bars, and shops St Kilda has to offer and also Chapel St with all its fashion boutiques, shops and nightlife. The City Centre is a 20 min tram ride away with trams a 3 min walk from the apartment. The space Come and stay with me in my sweet, little apartment. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my space. Cook up a storm in the kitchen with Miele appliances and excellent quality pots and pans and the full sized fridge stores food and drink aplenty. The kitchen opens up to a dining area and living room with a large smart tv that comes with NETFLIX and a Chrome Cast. There are laundry facilities in the apartment with a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. Quality linen and towels provided. TRANSPORT – The best and easiest way to access the property from the Airport is via Uber. Usually this takes 30min depending on traffic and costs approx. $60AUD total. Alternatively you can take a shuttle bus to Southern Cross Station ($18/person) and then a train from Southern Cross Railway Station to Flinders St Railway Station. Walk about 1 minute to the trams outside Flinders St. Station at Federation Square/Swanston St. Take the number 16 tram (Melbourne University Kew via St Kilda Beach) getting off at Union St. ($4 / person). It's a 3 minute walk to the apartment from the tram stop..(1 Google maps has full transport route and time details for travel in Melbourne. PARKING - There is limited parking in the area but if you let me know you are after a park in advanced, I should be able to work out a parking spot for you. COOLING/HEATING - There is an electric heater in the living room and heaters in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. LAUNDRY - The apartment has 2 in 1 clothes washing machine and dryer. Guest access I will try to be available for your checkin time but I also have a lockbox for self check-in with the freedom to arrive and depart when it suits you. During your stay I’ll be around the place most days and if I’m not, I will be sure to let you know and will be contactable via the Airbnb messaging.
