Accessed by descending four steps, you’ll discover one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed augmented by plenty of closet space, one full bath, a galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and an open concept living and dining area with a hide-a-bed, a small flat screen monitor, a great gas fireplace, a dining table with seating for 4-persons, plus a walk-out balcony with great territorial views. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep 2 to 4 people (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
