The space Some of the things our guest really appreciate is the amazing shower, comfy queen bed, and easy access to the freeway. You will have a great stay and at great value! Guest access Guest have their own private space, including private entrance, shower/bathroom, living space, and mini-kitchenette. Other things to note The guest space is attached to the main house, where other tenants live. Please help foster a respectful environment by keeping noise levels at a reasonable level. We are an officially registered with the City of Redding and 12% of your stay price goes in taxes to the City. Please no pets, candles, extra guests without our knowledge, nor smoking or drugs on the property. (Even though we do not allow pets, per the Airbnb policy, we allow guest that have Service Animals (SA) and Emotional Service Animals (ESA). However, keep in mind that our place is not set up for pets so please be mindful of the following for SA/ESA: (1) Our yard is not fenced in so if you send the dog out to go to the bathroom, please keep an eye on them. And please be sure to clean up after them. (2) Please bring bedding for your SA/ESA. (3) Please keep the SA/ESA off the bed and furniture.)
