Enjoy stunning views of Milford Beach, The Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto Island while you sit back and watch it all from the comfort of your living room. Stretch out on the beachfront lawn, reading a book or have a swim in the sea. Watch the cruise ships sail past or if you're lucky, you may even spot a pod of dolphins playing in the ocean. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to a world class mall with upmarket, designer shops and two supermarkets. Within a 5 minute walk you will also find around 40 cafes, bars and restaurants as well as banks, hairdressers, gyms and beauty spas. The restaurants and cafes in Milford feature cuisine from around the world, including Thai, Malaysian, Japanese, French, Indian, Chinese and European. Just a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk along the road, you'll find Takapuna, a bustling seaside suburb with over 150 cafes, bars and restaurants so there's no chance you'll run out of places to eat or drink. Guest access The apartment is fully self contained and is not a shared space. It has an open plan living and dining area, with the most stunning views of the ocean, the beach and Rangitoto Island. It has 2 large bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a newly renovated bathroom. The apartment is in a building with only 5 other apartments in the block. Other things to note The apartment has 2 kayaks, 1 stand up paddle board, which can also be used as a 3rd kayak, 5 boogie boards in sizes to suit every member of the family, life jackets, beach lounge/reclining chairs, beach toys and a snorkelling mask. There’s also a large outdoor dining table and 4 chairs with a large umbrella for the table. We provide plenty of beach towels as well.
