You'll fall in love with the white sand beaches, world-class fishing, and laid back atmosphere in quaint Mexico Beach. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the uncrowded beaches. The canal is a street over and a great place to watch the boats come in. The space Ocean Breeze Cottage H sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private full bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twins and private access to a second full bathroom (also accessible from the hallway). Skip the congestion of the crowded high rises and park right at the front door! Parking for 2 vehicles is outside the front door with a few steps to reach the cottage. Once inside, you'll enjoy the new cottage with a coastal vibe. We offer flat screen TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The full kitchen has stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and is fully stocked for your cooking needs, including a coffee maker and a Keurig. Dining area has a table that seats 4, with 2 bar stools. There is also a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and leads out to the back patio. The patio area is fenced and includes a seating area, grill, and outdoor beach shower area. Other things to note Have a boat? Each parking spot is 34 feet long and can accommodate a small boat (less than 33 feet inc trailer/hitch). There's also an outdoor water hose to use. The city boat ramp is located just across the street.
