Our room may not be suitable for people who maybe fearful of dogs. We have two large dogs and one small dog. They are friendly but sometimes bark if they hear things. There are 2 queen beds. There is only one thermostat that is controlled by us. If you’d like the temperature adjusted anytime during your stay, let us know and we will make sure to get you comfortable. There is a small space heater and extra blankets in a blue storage bin in the basement bedroom. The space Full basement with added bathroom. Clean and perfect for couples and small families. TAX- Shelby county has a lodging tax (7%) We have a 5 year old and 2 year old so you will hear the sounds of playing, laughter and footsteps, but we usually get them in bed around 9pm. We have a white noise machine right next to the lamp to help drowned out any sounds, but we do live upstairs. There is no closet or chest of drawers but there is an area under the TV that can hold your clothes. Ladybugs always tend to find their way inside but we do our best to get them out as soon as we see them. The pool table is a little older and isn’t 100% balanced but it still works great. There are 2 doors that lead to the main part of the house that we keep locked during your stay. The house is on a single unit so there is only one thermostat that is controlled by us.
