The villa in this listing, which was the subject of replacement and modernization of various furniture in 2022, consists of: - Living room furnished with new furniture, wall equipped with 32" LED TV, new extendable dining table, and new sofa with only 1 comfortable bed. - Kitchenette: the kitchen is equipped with pots and dishes for 6 people; - Bathroom with shower; - Double bedroom; - Bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed if needed; - Fenced outdoor area, furnished with garden furniture, masonry barbecue; The veranda is ideal for outdoor breakfasts or dinners with a sea view. WARNING: In the summer, it is possible to book the house only weekly from Saturday to Saturday, even for more than a week. The Yellow villa has a reserved parking space outside the fence, on a public road, not at all busy as the road, as you can see from the map, ends behind our house, and therefore only residents pass through. Guest access You have the entire house and its accessories at your complete disposal. The veranda and the parking space on the public road next to the house are also at your disposal. On the other hand, the terrace of the house, in the elevated part, is not usable.
