This studio is best suited to younger guests. 1st floor (just 10 steps) in the residential building. The apartment is facing a one-lane, one-way street Small kitchen (sink-fridge-cooktop), 2 single beds, and a private bathroom. 3 small and cute cafes and a small grocery store are nearby and a big grocery store is around the corner. The self-service laundry room is 2 blocks away. If you are ready to book then please include the following info in your first message: 1) Approximate age of your group members? 2) How many people are in your group? 3) Do you travel with pets? If so, what kind of pets, how many and how old are they? 4) Did you read our "House rules"? If yes, please copy/paste the password hidden in the "Additional rules" text to confirm it.
