The home comfortably accommodates families and couples, offering four spacious bedrooms. A heat pump features in each bedroom for individual comfort ensuring you can set the right temperature inside year-round. If you're planning to take the boat out on the water, parking for boats or vehicles is available, so everything is set for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Located in the heart of Blue Bay Opoutama, this retreat is within walking distance of the local shop, easy access to Mahia for the Sunday markets or Nuhaka for the best fish and chips on the coast. A short 15 minute drive away to Morere Hot Springs is great on a cold day. Golfers will appreciate the nearby Mahia Links Golf Club within easy reach. Sheets and towels can either be provided by the guests, or can be hired for $30 per person for your stay. Guest access The exclusive blue bay subdivision is very pleasant to walk around and directly seawards of the bach is the reserve with access directly to the beach. Note the front section is also ours so you are welcome the park/ play sports and use the section directly in front of the house with the small playground on it for extra space. Other things to note Sun, Surf and loads of family fun at the beach awaits. Mahia is one of New Zealand's favourite holiday destinations, with great fishing and diving, world-renowned surf-breaks and beautiful beaches as well as bush walks, a nine-hole links-style golf course and the natural mineral hot pools in nearby Morere. Rocket Lab's satellite launching activities from the tip of the Mahia Peninsula have put Mahia "on the world map". Why not watch the rocket launch in person from the deck straight in-front of the launch pad. Location: Mahia is 2 hours from Napier, 1 Hour and 15 minutes drive from Gisborne or 30 minutes to Wairoa, Opoutama Blue Bay was once a great Hawkes Bay campground loved by all, now a beautiful quiet Bach subdivision , very Quiet and Safe No Exit Road makes it perfect for bringing the kids bikes. Come and love this place for your trip away. There is a PlayStation, toys, board games and 2 TVs with chrome cast for those inside days . Special conditions: No parties. We have neighbours who live here permanently and want to respect them with late noise etc . Property is not suitable for groups of young persons without adults present. Pets are allowed up to two dogs, please note dogs must be non shedding or kept outside at all times, animals are not to be left inside when leaving the home. Cleaning: you must leave the house as found. Do the dishes before you leave, and a general tidy up. If you have used the BBQ please make sure that is clean. The cleaning fee covers the deep clean once you have departed. Note the house is on 100% Tank Water supply so smart water use/water conservation especially over summer is non negotiable to ensure everyone has enough.
