#This stunning cutie, is a modern, bright and cozy unit in Tagaytay Prime Residences. It's along the Tagaytay-Calamba Rd and about 380 meters away from Rotunda. The location is ideal and perfect for commuters and everyone alike who fancy a quick trip to a higher elevation and feel the coolness of the place and feast on the amazing views of the surroundings. Come and enjoy the privacy in my place - exclusively yours during your stay! The space The unit has a bedroom that contains a queen-size bed. Additionally, the custom-built couch is a pull-out, allowing 2 more people to sleep comfortably. A foam bed can also be set up on the floor for another guest to sleep on. Basic toiletries are also provided, however, towels are available for the first 2 guests only Guest need not bring their dining utensils, and other cooking wares as the unit has those. As a matter of policy, the number of guests allowed to use the swimming pool is 4 persons only. Guest access Guests may park their vehicle in the garage for a minimal fee of P50/day payable to Tagaytay Prime Residences Management. Parking is on a first-come-first-served basis and the host is not responsible for anything whatsoever that may happen on your vehicle while parked regardless of location. The guests will be required to register as part of the Condo Management policy. Other things to note Feel free to use the kitchen facilities, however heavy cooking and preparing strong-odor food such as shrimps, and other similar dishes are discouraged. We don't want to hear neighbors complaining from anything emanating from our unit. Drinking water is not provided - you can buy those from nearby stores. Please note that this is a house not a hotel nor a restaurant. Guests are expected to clean up their mess, wash the dishes and to keep things as tidy as possible. For late check-in, guests will be required to pay additional P200 for the caretaker's time and/or trip to go back to the property and wait.
