Our facility [Sangakuin] is a house that is like a hideaway, quietly nestled in a residential neighborhood. It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the first floor of a house that feels like a peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller so that you can spend time with peace of mind even with small children. We also have bicycles available for free and a Nintendo Switch that you can enjoy indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance where you can experience real Fukuoka life, so please enjoy cycling and walking. LaLaport Fukuoka is also recommended. - In front of the station & double access 2-minute walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru Station! 2 stations from Hakata station, 7 minutes by train. Nishitetsu Ijiri Station is also a 7-minute walk away. The facility is not centrally located, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is a free parking lot (2 cars can be parked in a row), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking a large car such as a family car, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. There are several within 4 minutes on foot. Please see the photo of the parking lot. Other things to note - It is about a 2-minute walk from the station, but the surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood with babies and elderly people.Please refrain from having loud parties and banquets, especially after 10 pm. You may hear the sounds of daily life from the neighbors, but please always be considerate of your kind neighbors. - Check-in 5 pm, check-out 11 am　 (Luggage storage is free from 12 pm on the check-in date.) - The road runs along the entire property, and the parking spaces are narrow, so please be aware of this in advance if you are coming with a large car such as a family car.If parking is difficult, please use the coin-operated parking lot nearby. - Available media: NETFLIX / Amazon Prime / Hulu / YOUTUBE etc. You will need your own account to watch media other than YouTube - Only overnight guests are allowed in the facility.If anyone other than the guest is confirmed, an excess fee will be charged. - Please note that if you wish to have your forgotten items sent by mail, you will be charged the actual cost of delivery and the shipping fee.
