This decision was made due to noise disturbances caused by guests late at night, which led to complaints from neighboring residents. Following this, the police issued a warning, and the building owner has informed us that if such noise incidents occur again, the operation of the facility will be suspended. In light of this situation, we have carefully considered the matter and decided to implement the ban on balcony use as a preventive measure. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure the continued operation of the facility. Additional Information As our facility is located in a nature-rich area, it is quite dark and quiet at night. There may be small creatures such as cicadas, geckos, and spiders that might enter your room. While we have taken as many precautions as possible, due to the abundant greenery in the area, we cannot guarantee that all creatures will be kept out. We are unable to address complaints related to this matter, so please consider this information before making your booking. Additionally, you may hear insect sounds.
