No commercial photography is allowed The space Casa Frida, a “finca” is on a large lot with amazing views of Barichara and the mountains! It offers a variety of fruit trees, and mature native trees. There are also ancient boulders around the property. This home has been tastefully remodeled, keeping the old traditions of building with tapia & bareke, offering comfort on a private setting. 2 master suites w/queen beds, 2 bathrooms w/rain shower heads & hot water. Open layout w/ a full equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and of course WiFi access. Saltwater lap pool, a pool house with a bathroom, an outdoor shower, a minibar. Also Casa Diego, a cottage or casita. It offers 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted to a queen bed) one bathroom, a small kitchen, and hot water. Rain water is collected in an underground tank, therefore you will always have running water. Casa Frida is just a short distance from town, making it the ideal place to enjoy Barichara and its surroundings! $100,000 check out cleaning fee, due upon arrival. Guest access The lot is around 3200 square meters with lots of trees and open spaces. Be careful when walking around. The terrain is uneven in some places. And remember CF is located in the country side, therefore insects and wild life should be expected! Feel free to pick fruits if available. Plenty of private parking, 2 carports, and driveway. Other things to note "Casa Diego" (suited for up to 2 people) Casa Diego has its own space, including a full equipped kitchen and full bathroom with hot water, a balcony with mountain views.
