Here, technology takes a back seat—you’ll find only one television, and there’s no air conditioning—because we want your stay to be a truly authentic countryside experience. The house features a large apartment on the first floor, accessible through a private entrance. A scenic staircase leads you to a spacious living area and cozy bedrooms. **Layout:** - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary cookware. - Spacious living room with dining table, sofa area, reading nook, and smart TV. - **"Boccadoro" Bedroom**: Painted in soothing green tones, it features a large double bed, desk, wardrobe, and fan. - **Two bathrooms** with showers and amenities. - **"La Bellona" Bedroom**: Decorated in delicate lavender hues, it has two single beds that can be joined into a double. It also includes a wardrobe, desk, and fan. Our rooms are named after our wines, ensuring a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere, especially in summer. To complete your stay, you will have access to a large private garden surrounded by vineyards, equipped with a table, umbrella, and lounge chairs. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which is fully fenced and features an automatic gate. An open-air parking space is available in the shared area.
