The space GROUND FLOOR Upon entering the beach house, you will be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area (salon), a large terrace window overlooking the private garden terrace, and plenty of light into the air-conditioned dining and living area. The air conditioning in the living area is also the heating for cooler fall and winter days. Take a seat at the table in one of the comfortable armchairs in the bright dining area. Or relax on the sofa in the cozy lounge corner while reading or watching TV (international IP TV programs). The fiberglass Internet connection provides free fast WiFi. There is also a small guest bathroom and toilet on the first floor. The sunny and spacious private garden terrace is ideal for sunbathing on the loungers and outdoor dining. The large table under the umbrella offers a shaded space for a refreshing drink or a meal together. The gas grill is available for a Mediterranean BBQ on the terrace (for an additional €50 extra cleaning fee - billing via a payment request on AirBnb). The kitchen, which was completely refurbished in 2018 (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) offers you all the possibilities to prepare your meals - from a healthy breakfast with freshly made smoothies, quick microwave warm-up to the elaborate cooking of a dinner for your family or friends. Start the day with the "Sun Greeting" during your early morning yoga sessions. Enjoy the sunsets with a drink in hand in the lounge. Or just spend time on sun loungers under the umbrella. All windows in the house have insect screens. The bedroom windows on the second floor, the kitchen window and the terrace door on the ground floor are equipped with movable mosquito screens that provide protection even when the window is open. All rooms in the house are equipped with smoke detectors. Guest access -+- Please observe the local distancing and hygiene rules! -+- The complex of the Andalucia Los Pinos community is a closed private area for homeowners and tenants. Access is only available via individual key cards and gate openers that we provide to guests. The community offers free but limited parking within the complex. POOLS & GARDEN: -+- Please observe the local distancing and hygiene rules! -+- The complex has two pool areas with well-kept gardens and green areas for sunbathing, to which you will also have free access. Sunloungers are not available there. The pools are centrally surrounded by the houses of the community and can be reached in 1 minute. The pools are open from early May to late September. Please leave the public areas of the community as neatly as you would like to find them.
