The space is well suited for professionals and longer stays, with heat and air conditioning for year-round comfort and a dedicated desk for working from home. The location is exceptionally convenient. You’re within walking distance of Whole Foods Market, Citi Bike stations, and several subway lines, making it easy to commute throughout Manhattan and beyond. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. This is a completely private, self-contained one-bedroom unit within an elevator building. No shared living spaces — the apartment is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Other things to note This apartment is offered as a furnished monthly rental, designed for longer stays rather than a hotel-style experience. We’re always happy to assist with property-related maintenance, and during your stay you may occasionally be asked to help with simple tasks such as resetting a circuit breaker, sharing photos if something needs attention, or coordinating access if a specialist (like a plumber or electrician) needs to visit. A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided at check-in, though guests typically replenish these items as needed during longer stays. Convenient stores are located nearby. We request a a bi-weekly cleaning ias part of the 30 day rental to help keep the apartment fresh and comfortable. This service is $175 every two weeks and includes a full cleaning and fresh linens.
