Central Cardiff with a double bedroom

This location is close to city centre, a 30 minute walk or a 15 minute bus ride. The house is spacious, in a quiet neighbourhood. I am looking for only female students or professional.. Before 10 pm you have to come back at home. and also you have to be kids friendly as i live with my family.. Many thanks The space Its very quite neighbourhood. Clean and tidy house. Recently we done renovation in our house. I am sure you will like it there Guest access You can use living room, dining room, kitchen and back garden.. During your stay I like to socialise with new people and very frankly.like to watch tv together and have a cup of tea and snacks. Other things to note Only female student or professionals can share the room with me.
