Thanks to its location and majestic stone walls, Elsa offers an ideal temperature and absolute peace, far from any noise. Strengths: • Prestigious Architecture: A scenic space characterized by 3 large bays with star vaults, which give elegance and a unique feel to the entire accommodation. • Perfect Microclimate: Strategically located in the basement, the space is naturally cool in summer and dry all year round. A modern ventilation and air conditioning system ensures perfect air quality at all times and the complete absence of humidity. • Design and Size: With its 75 square meters, Elsa offers generous spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area where the exposed Lecce stone is the true star. • Total Privacy: Being slightly set back from the courtyard, the accommodation enjoys unparalleled privacy, ideal for those seeking maximum relaxation. Here you can freely use the Honesty Bar for a moment of relaxation, a coffee, or a drink outdoors. 🌿🍹 Other things to note • The Honesty Bar & The Piggy Bank 🏺 In the courtyard, you will find a refreshment corner based on mutual trust. To help us keep the supplies always stocked, we ask for a small symbolic contribution to be left in the terracotta piggy bank: ☕ Coffee: €0.30 🍹 Drinks, spirits and snacks: €0.50 • Hospitality for Families and Pets 🐾👶 We are a "family & pet friendly" facility. If you are traveling with children under 3 years of age who sleep with you, there are no additional costs. In addition, Lecce stone is a "living" natural material: small grains of limestone dust are a sign of the authenticity of the place. • Location & Parking 🚗 Giuggianello is an authentic and peaceful village. The property is located in an area where it is easy to find free parking in the immediate vicinity. We recommend using a car to better explore the coasts (Otranto and Castro are about 15-20 minutes away) and the neighboring villages. • Sustainability 🌿 We believe in respecting the land. We ask you to help us by following the rules for separate waste collection and using the air conditioning responsibly (turning it off when you are out of the house).
