The Australian Embassy is opposite, so it is a safe environment. The apartment is newly renovated. The apartment is rented exclusively for the purpose of studying or professional stay. Minimum stay is 3 months. Other things to note In addition to the price of the apartment, a local tax is added for stays of less than 3 months. The exception is training at a university.
