Permit #STR-2024-001218 The space Our home is cheery and bright with lots of natural light and coastal modern finishes. ***recently added pool fence*** Guest access We have a spacious two car garage for compact cars with two parking spaces in the driveway. Other things to note Home includes Global Plasma Solutions (GPS) commercial-grade air cleaning system to mitigate against pathogens. GPS products help improve the air by reducing airborne particles including certain odors, viruses and bacteria. All indoor TVs have YouTube TV with NFL pass that includes all regular season games. Security cameras are located at the front door, driveway, side of house, pool area and garage. The exterior security camera covering the pool is located above the HVAC condenser in the backyard and records video for safety/security purposes only. Our pool does have a pool fence around it. All guests under the age of 18 years must be supervised when swimming at all times.
