The space Welcome to Casa Chiara, your luxury retreat in the heart of Monferrato. This spacious 400-square-meter villa, spread over three floors, offers 7 elegant bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) and 4 modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 people. *Living spaces:* - *Ground Floor:* A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a dining table, sofa, TV and a cozy fireplace. You will also find a bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and large sink. - *First Floor:* Four refined bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. A living room with a cinema screen and a balcony furnished with chairs and tables complete this level. - *Second Attic Floor:* A cozy living room with a sofa bed and work corner, three additional bedrooms and a bathroom. *Services:* - Outdoor swimming pool (10.5 x 5 m, depth 1.5 m) with panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards, for the exclusive use of guests. - Large garden and sunbathing area equipped with deckchairs, tables and parasols. - Barbecue with wood provided for pleasant outdoor barbecues. - Indoor parking and garage available. *Facilities:* - TV, projector, audio system, DVD player, stereo and fast Wi-Fi. - Central heating and air conditioning for maximum comfort in every season. - Bed linen, towels (1 towel and 1 face towel per guest), blankets and fabrics for table and kitchen included. - Hairdryer in every bathroom. - Toilet paper and cleaning supplies provided. *Upon request:* - High chair and crib available. Guest access You have access to the entire property. The property is fenced around its entire perimeter, equipped with an automatic gate and a second access for the exclusive use of the technicians who maintain the pool. The pool is for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. Other things to note House Rules & Security Deposit During the peak season, we accept reservations of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Monday. Check-in or check-out is not possible on Sundays. To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all our guests, we ask that you follow some simple rules. Upon arrival, a cash security deposit of €500 is required, which will be returned at checkout after a check of the condition of the home and exit directions. If the checkout rules are not followed, the security deposit will be withheld and after any extra cleaning or restoration, we will return the remaining part by bank transfer, withholding only the amount necessary for the expenses incurred. Things to keep in mind Casa Chiara is a place of peace and relaxation, cared for with love in every detail. We welcome families and guests looking for a quiet retreat and invite you to treat the house with the same respect and care with which we created it. - Smoking: It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and on the terrace to avoid the smell in the rooms. Please enjoy the fresh air in the open spaces. - Floors: To preserve the beauty of the floors, we kindly ask you to leave your shoes from outside by the door. Indoor shoes and slippers are of course welcome. - Windows and doors:*The climate of Monferrato is fascinating but unpredictable. We ask that you close windows and doors in case of rain, when you leave, or when the air conditioning is in operation. - House objects: The house is furnished with objects dear to us. If anything accidentally breaks, we ask that you report it to us and help repair or replace it. -Outdoor decoration:* To avoid damage or accidents, the outdoor furniture must be removed in case of bad weather. - Keys and remote control: The keys to the house and the gate remote are unique and personalized. You will be provided with two decks for added comfort. In case of loss, a cost of €150 will be required for their replacement. - Pool: The pool is a place of relaxation and fun. To maintain water quality, we ask that you follow the cleaning instructions that will be provided at check-in, including daily maintenance operations. In addition, you must always use the outdoor shower before entering the pool to avoid overloading the filtration system. All information will be provided upon your arrival.
