This spacious 400 sqm villa, spread over three floors, features 7 elegant bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) and 4 modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Living Spaces: - Ground Floor: A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a dining table, sofa, TV, and a cozy fireplace. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and large sink. - First Floor: Four refined bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub. A living room with a cinema screen and a furnished balcony with chairs and tables complete this level. - Second Floor (Attic): A cozy lounge with a sofa bed and workspace, three additional bedrooms, and a bathroom. Amenities: - Private outdoor pool (10.5 x 5 m, 1.5 m deep) with stunning vineyard views, for exclusive guest use. - Large garden and solarium area equipped with sun loungers, tables, and umbrellas. - Barbecue with firewood provided for outdoor grilling. - Private parking and garage available. Guest access You have access to the entire property. The property is fully fenced, equipped with an automatic gate, and has a second entrance reserved exclusively for pool technician. The pool is for exclusive use of villa guests. Other things to note House Rules & Security Deposit To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules. Upon arrival, a €500 cash security deposit is required. This will be refunded at check-out after verifying the condition of the house and compliance with the check-out instructions. If the check-out rules are not followed, the deposit will be withheld. After any necessary extra cleaning or restoration, we will refund the remaining amount via bank transfer, retaining only what is needed to cover expenses. *Things to Keep in Mind* Casa Chiara is a place of peace and relaxation, lovingly curated in every detail. We warmly welcome families and guests looking for a quite retreat and kindly ask you to treat the house with the same respect and care with which we have created it. - Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the terrace to prevent odors from entering the rooms. You are welcome to enjoy the fresh air in the outdoor spaces. - Floors: To preserve the beauty of the floors, please leave outdoor shoes near the door. Indoor shoes and slippers are, of course, welcome. -Windows & Doors:The Monferrato climate is charming but unpredictable. Please make sure to close all windows and doors in case of rain, when leaving the house, or when the air conditioning is in use. - Outdoor Furniture: To prevent damage or accidents, outdoor furniture must be stored away in case of bad weather. - House Items: The house is furnished with cherished objects. If something accidentally breaks, please inform us and contribute to its repair or replacement. - Keys & Remote Control: The house keys and gate remote control are unique and customized. For your convenience, you will receive two sets. In case of loss, a *€150 replacement fee* will be required. - Swimming Pool:The pool is a place of relaxation and fun. To maintain water quality, please follow the cleaning instructions provided at check-in, including the daily maintenance routine. Additionally, always use the outdoor shower before entering the pool to avoid overloading the filtration system. All necessary details will be given upon your arrival.
