Unit offers privileged access from the residents-only elevator foyer, full kitchen, spacious balconies and select views. Apartment features comfortable interior design, gourmet kitchen outfitted with premium appliances as well as tableware, glassware, flatware and cooking tools. The spacious bathroom in this residence features a large vanity with double sinks, and soaking tub. The beige color sofa becomes a queen size sofabed. Other amenities include: WIFI Internet 42" Flat screen TV Access to The Spa and Fitness Center at W Hotel Miami Full size washer and dryer Full kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (microwave, oven, stove, fridge and freezer) You want to cook with the finest ingredients. There is a Whole Food supermarket within 10 minutes walk, and they deliver!!!! There is a public parking garage across the street, 2 min by feet, $15 per day, $30 on weekends. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit. We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Please double check the apartment for your belongings before you leave. We shall not be liable to you, your guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. Tenant shall hold Owner and Managers harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, parking lot, beach or community and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Tenant, guests, licensees or invitees.
