Family and group stay This group accommodation is ideally suited for a luxury holiday or a pleasant weekend with families / families or groups of friends where there are also facilities for a disabled person. It is located just 7 km from the sandy beaches of the Veluwemeer. The space The house This modern villa has a spacious living room with comfortable couches and a large 55 "/ 140cm TV with Playstation 3 and sound system. There are 2 dining tables with a total of 18 chairs that can be pushed together for a cozy dinner with the whole group. The modern kitchen has all the necessary amenities including a wide 5 burner induction cooker, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators and of course a dishwasher. In the utility room is a washing machine with drying rack. There is also a games room for the kids with an extra TV, DVD’s and kids toys. Upstairs we have an 3-4 persons infrared sauna. Bedrooms There are 7 spacious bedrooms with a total of 18 sleeping places (12x 1 person boxsping bed, 1x 2 bed and 2x bunk beds), 2 childrens beds for small kids and 3 spacious bathrooms, 2 of which have a bath. On the ground floor there is a bedroom that is also suitable for disabled people (the house has no thresholds below). This room also has a complete bathroom. On the 1st floor are 5 beautiful bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms and on the 2nd floor is a huge XL bedroom of over 11x3,5 meters with 5 beds. For the small kids we have 2 extra baby beds and baby chairs. Outside Around the house is a garden with trampoline, dip bar and several terraces with 2 extra large picnic benches. There is also a wooden deck terrace on the water at the back where you can sit comfortably, a rowing boat, can be fished, etc. There are ample parking facilities directly at the house; a total of 5 cars can be parked on site. With more cars, parking is free in the immediate vicinity. Bed linen / towels We provide bed linen. Please bring your own towels (optional to rent). Peace The villa is located on a recreation park in nature where enjoyment in peace is important. This is why we do not rent the accommodation to noisy groups of youngsters or for wild parties. However, it is allowed to sit outside with a fire pit, of course, provided it stays calm. Check-in and check-out The usual arrival time is after 3 p.m. and the usual departure time before 10 a.m. If you want to arrange other arrival and / or departure times, you can discuss this with us in advance. An optional “Relax Package” is available for this agreement (on condition that it fits into the planning). Guest access The whole villa is exclusively for you to use! Other things to note Taxes Tourist tax has to be paid before/at arrival (€3,- p/p/n in 2023, from age 1 and up). (Semi) permanent residence and / or residence by labor migrants is not permitted. Jacuzzi use is not included and only in summer period at extra cost. Towels are available for a fee, so please bring your own if possible.
