The space No roughing it necessary - this modern, state of the art cottage (we call it "Kinloft") features cathedral ceilings, a stainless dishwasher, stainless fridge (with filtered water and ice dispenser for drinking water), electric stove, washer/dryer, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, easy to clean modern concrete floors with in-floor heating perfect for those snowy winter nights, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in primary bedroom; 2 twin beds in kids' room), 1 queen bed and 1 single futon both located in the 2nd floor loft, 2 bathrooms (one with tub/shower), spacious and open kitchen with quartz countertops and granite under-mounted sink, large screen TV, BBQ (not available in winter sorry), and a gorgeous covered patio! A very cool, 2nd storey loft completes the home, which has a small dedicated work area and extra sleeping or relaxation space. The rear of the cottage is south facing and has many large windows, which allow the natural light to stream in and lift your spirits! Lots of room outside too, as the cottage is situated on 1/2 acre lot, with open greenspace and a covered patio. Other things to note *NO Parties please!! We are located in a very small, quiet, family friendly neighbourhood where most of the neighbours reside there full time. We ask that you please respect them and so NO parties please!! Thank you for your consideration! *Although we love and welcome pets, the large yard is not fenced, sorry. *Also, please note, we are located on a corner lot, with one street being a quiet residential street, while the other street can be busy with cars (some road noise). ***WINTER UPDATE ONLY: Unfortunately, there will be no BBQ access during the winter time. Kincardine, being on Lake Huron, can have very strong winds! More than once, we have sadly found the BBQ in pieces all over the back yard. Thanks for your understanding!! Thanks for considering us!
