The space is best suited for individuals or couples. Accommodations include a combined living room / kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A separate bedroom sleeping area with full closet and washer/dryer. Full bathroom with shower. There is dedicated parking and a private entrance. While attached to the main home it's completely separate, there is no interior access just one exterior door for your private entry. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire guest suite and front lawn/patio. Other things to note The guest suite is attached to our home, beneath our primary residence (on the first floor) but has a separate/private entrance.
