Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beachfront cottage. Off the beaten path and accessible by car two hours before and two hours after low tide. Beach combing and birdwatching, fishing and catching fish. Kids will love catching crabs and skipping rocks. The serene atmosphere is unmatched and the stars at night are worth the trip. It’s an adventure in relaxation. Take time to slow down and escape the hustle and bustle. No traffic noise, just wind, waves, birds, and tranquility. The space Two bedrooms with queen sized beds. One bedroom is upstairs with a 1/2 bathroom. The other bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed.. There is a full bathroom downstairs with tub/shower. Bed linens are provided as well as plenty of towels. There are dedicated makeup facecloths to help keep the towels stain free. There are disposable Terri cloth slippers provided for each guest and a thick comfy robe that is super soft. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a 55inch flatscreen frame television. The tv is running on internet and I have subscribed to Sling TV so that you get all the major channels. The kitchen and dining area are opposite the living room. There are dishes and glasses for 6, pots and pans, silverware and cutlery. There is also a huge lobster pot but please keep it outside on the beach. We will do the cleaning of the lobster pots after each use. The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinets and countertops that can get stained with the soot from the outdoor lobster pot so we are happy to take care of the cleaning of the pot for you. There’s a gas grill out back. Beachfront camp stove for a beachside lobster fest. Paper products such as bathroom tissue, facial tissues, and paper towels are provided. We do have toiletries available such as shampoo and conditioner, shaving cream and razors, toothbrush and toothpaste etcetera. They are the small hotel size. The a combination Keurig/regular coffee machine with regular and decaf coffee and creamer and sugar and sugar substitute provided. There’s also a selection of Teas for you to try. Spice rack with the most common spices and salt and pepper are provided. There are individual packets of ketchup mustard relish and mayonnaise that are in the refrigerator. There’s a picnic table outside the front of the house with large umbrella and a small picnic table for each cottage on the beach. . On the beach there are Adirondack chairs and two fire pits (one fire pit for each cottage). The cottage is set up for four people comfortably however it can accommodate 6 with the sleep sofa. Please just let us know if you have more than 4 so that we can make sure that extra towels etcetera are available. There is a laundry station available for you free of charge and it’s up at the main house. Detergent and fabric softener are also provided free of charge. There is a dedicated pet waste receptacle with bags provided right out front. No need to worry where to dispose of the little package. We’re just a phone call away if there’s anything you need. Guest access You have use of the whole house. You also have use of the laundry station in the basement of the main house.
