Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cute and cozy upstairs studio apartment located on 7 1/2 acres surrounded by matured ponderosa pines. Enjoy the firepit and your own patio with small grill and picnic table. Apartment is stocked with most of the amenities you will need. Close to Casino, Train Mountain, Crater Lake and Agency Lake. Enjoy the world class fishing experience on the Williamson River. When turning off 97 there is a triangle reflector hanging on telephone pole. The space Apartment has low beams so if your a pretty tall person you will need to be cautious. Breezeway is entrance to both studio and main house so will bump into each other coming and going occasionally. Your in the country with a dirt road and trees, you will experience pollen, dust and bugs. Two very vocal roosters, they love to start crowing very early. Guest access Easy in and out access, circular driveway so if you are towing something plenty of room. PLEASE keep your speed to 10 miles an hour or less do to dust. Other things to note *Free Wifi ( can be slow remember your in the country) and Dish TV with local channels. We do have two small single air mattresses if you have children/guests. *We are very firm on no pets. *Please keep your speed to 10 miles an hour or less to keep dust down *Unit has a 13 gallon hot water heater so if you or someone who likes a long, hot shower, you will run out of water. It will take approximately 30 minutes to regain hot water again.  You will experience pollen, dust and bugs, we live off a dirt road and close to water. Two very vocal roosters 🐔
