Great trails for hiking or biking. 40 min. to Philpott Lake for kayaking or boating. Remote area off Rt40 & Rt8 Patrick Co. ROKU TV, elec. F/P, gas heat, A/C, all linens, cookware, serving dishes etc. couch turns into Queen futon, games, DVD player(some DVDs), $50 pet fee required, (enclosed dog run) Bluetooth sound cube, fire pit with wood. The space The drive in is 3/4 miles on dirt/gravel road w/ some dips. This tiny home is on our farm near a trout stocked river. It is a working farm so, seasonal gardens & Honey Bees. We have 3 horses that love apples and carrots and lots of petting! This is a rural area so the home shines like a Diamond 💎! Guest access Located off of Rt 40 & Rt 8 in Patrick Co.( don’t let GPS take you to Dogwood Mtn Rd. , use Rt 40) we are 3/4 mile off secondary road( Woods Gap) in Griffith Valley. There are a few scattered cabins along the way in our rural Valley until you reach our farm. Look for the barns and beehives and horses! You will see the water all the way in. First on your left, then on your right. Other things to note Please note, we are a working honey farm. If you are allergic to bees, please bring your Epi pen and Benadryl! They generally fly and work away from the home. We are rural. The closest major cities are Martinsville, Rocky Mount, Christiansburg, Roanoke VA and Mount Airy, Eden, Greensboro and Winston Salem NC. We have old towels for river use for animals and humans! We are rural!!!!😊
