The driveway is steep so low profile vehicles are not recommended. No garage access. Street parking is allowed except in winter if you prefer to park on the street. You will take several flights of stairs from the parking area up to the cabin (the stairs are worth the view!) Living Area: @moonridgedream. The living area features a beautiful custom gas fireplace buildout surrounded by black hexagon tile. The Samsung QLED 4K 50” built-in TV is accompanied by an AppleTV that includes your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, DIRECTVstream and more. You can access the TV along with all of your devices via a high-speed wireless Wi-Fi router. The sofa features a chase lounge. Light and bright, the track lights are strategically placed and feature dimmers to provide the most comfortable environment. Relax, snuggle up to a movie, play a game or stargaze through the windows. The home is 950 Square feet in total. Kitchen: The kitchen features Haier stainless steel appliance’s with a dishwasher, black cabinets and quartz counter tops. A filtered drinking water spout is built in the sink. You will find pots & pans, flatware and everything needed to prep and cook any type of meal. The back bedroom also features nightstands and two lamps with USB charging ports. A clothing steamer is located in the downstairs closet. There is access to the deck and spa from the downstairs bedroom through a sliding glass door. Bathrooms (Note 1/2 bath): Both bathrooms feature awning windows, recessed lights, fans, and vinyl plank flooring. The main bathroom features a porcelain / steel bathtub, hexagon tile and a glass door shower enclosure. There is a hair dryer in the vanity drawer. The 2nd bathroom is a 1/2 bath only.
