House in the heart of a historic village

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The space The house is composed of 4 levels. On the ground floor you will find a cool room that can be used as a laundry room or summer dining room. On the first floor, a 45 m2 kitchen/living room fully equipped with piano, sofa bed and low-tech aquarium. On the second floor, a 35 m2 bedroom with private bathroom and a desk. A library on the landing. On the third floor you will have access to: - an attic mezzanine (9 m2) accessible by a construction ladder - a 25 m2 bedroom - a bathroom The house has access to a very small terrace with a pond and plant wall (4 m2). No TV but fiber wifi. Guest access There are many parking lots around the city. You can access the door of the house by car to unload but not park in the church square, which remains semi-pedestrian for the beauty of our neighborhood.
