Beautiful apartment in old Mojacar Village. Recently redecorated & furnished by a local interior designer. The apartment is on 3 levels, with living area and kitchen on the ground floor, bedrooms & bathroom on the first floor & roof terrace with a lovely sea view. High speed fibre internet & TV are available for you to use giving free access to all your favorite channels & latest movies on demand. New split air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and living room area will keep you cool! The space The apartment has new beds and quality mattresses, with a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two singles that can be pushed together to make a double in the second bedroom. There is a bath with shower and toilet in the main bathroom and a second small toilet downstairs. As well as a comfortable corner sofa there is a large chaise lounge downstairs for chilling out on that can also be used as an occasional bed. The dining table is set for six but can be extended to seat 8. There is a 43" Smart TV with hundreds of free channels including all U.K. and EU TV, Entertainment, Sports & Movies and a large range of Movies on Demand. Guests also have use of the fibre high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen area has a new electric hob and cooker, new dishwasher, new fridge freezer, microwave cooker and Nespresso coffee machine. You have a good range of pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery to use. There is also a new washing machine in the laundry room for you to use. On the roof terrace you have lovely views to the sea, hillside and the village. There is a table, chairs, four sun-loungers, parasol and a charcoal BBQ for you to use. The apartment is situated on a quiet street, just a short walk from the village centre with all the wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. Cristobal’s mini supermarket is a minutes walk away, he does fresh bread and croissants every morning, a great way to start your day! Guest access You have the entire place with private entrance. There is plenty of public free car-parking just a few minutes walk away in the village. The village is an hour from Almeria Airport, there are buses and plenty of car hire options to get here. Check out Exclusive Airport Shuttles for a great service. There is also a regular bus service from the village to the beach and nearby Garrucha. You can also walk down to the beach in around 25 minutes, walking back to the village up the hill is more of a challenge! We’ll provide details on all of this to help you plan your stay. Other things to note There is plenty of free parking in Mojacar a short walk from the apartment, near Bar Cherigan and the swimming pool. It does get busy in the evenings during high Summer and during fiestas and at these times it’s best to return early evening to get a good parking spot, but you’ll always be able to find a space on the lower road out of the village, you may just have to walk further! Please don’t try to drive a car to the apartment as the streets are narrow and you’ll get stuck! There is a lift to the left of Bar Cherigan up to the apartment level, turn right out of the lift. Or a shorter steep walk up the path to the right of Bar Cherigan. There is a good bus transfer service from Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports via Exclusive Airport Shuttles.
