Cozy Stone Cottage in Heart of Historic District
Located in the Historic District of Weatherford, this iconic home dates from the early 1900's. Updated with the latest Smart Home features, it still holds to its original character. Within an easy walk to Chandor Gardens and Historic Downtown. The home was created from local sandstone, petrified wood, and ammonite fossils and sits on a third of an acre. The back yard features an outdoor patio and is fully fenced. Please book for ALL overnight guests to avoid additional charges at check-in. The space The casaita is very cozy and relaxing. There are tvs in each room. Nice modern kitchen with gas stove for cooking. We generally leave the TV on a nice relaxing music channel, so don't worry about it being on when you check in. The casaita welcomes your well behaved pet with a fully fenced yard and NO additional fees! (Please see rules about pets in the house rules section). Guest access Parking for Rocacita is located on Norton Street. There is a single carport for use and room for up to two more vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note Please book the correct number of guests to avoid additional charges. The home is priced by number of occupants and not a flat fee, unless previously arranged with host and documented via air BnB. We do not charge any additional fees for pets or cleaning. This simplifies your booking and eliminates hidden fees. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests Note: There are scented diffusers in the home using essential oils. No guarantees of nut free, pet hair, or any other allergen issues are implied.
