Filippas House -Traditional Cretan Stone House

The property is a fully renovated 1863 house which belonged to my great-great grandfather. I renovated it using some of the old stone and according to the traditional cretan architecture. It is situated in Douliana, a small and beautiful hilltop village only 30' from Chania, in an area of great natural beauty . There are several hiking and bike trails for you to explore the surrounding beaches, villages and countryside. The space The house is built on two levels of a total of 80m2. On the upper level there is a master bedroom with double bed and private terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. On the bottom level is a cosy livingroom with fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal both for solo visitors and couples or for families with up to two children.
