This studio style condo is located 1 block from Rupp Arena in the historic South Hill district of the city. Boasting 2 breweries, a distillery, convention center, and a 24,000 seat arena all located within a 3 minute walk, you can experience the best Lexington has to offer in the comfort of this cozy home away from home. You are downtown on Maxwell Street so there can be city noise! The space This one bed, one bath first floor room has a remote controlled adjustable Queen memory foam mattress! A 55” 4K Smart TV can been seen from the bed and the two top table. The kitchenette offers a microwave, sink, mini fridge, Keurig and basics kitchen supplies. You will have an elegant wardrobe with a floor length mirror and a wall mounted hanging rack for clothes. The bathroom has a large window to let in lots of natural light, but partly frosted for your privacy. The bathroom is complete with a shower/tub and granite vanity. There is no washer or dryer in this home. Keep in mind you are downtown! There can be some general city noise. Guest access You will have access to the entire studio. There is a locked that leads to “The Lexingtonian” which can be booked separately. There is a second locked door that is the cleaning supply closet.
