Little Olive Grove at Casa Mimosa

Casa Mimosa is ideal for people wanting to explore Italy, Umbria has some stunning places to see like Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno & Assisi, Tuscany is a short drive where you can visit beautiful sights such as Cortona, Montepulciano & Siena. The apartment is surrounded by olive & walnut trees and our home grown organic fruit & vegetables that you are welcome to try depending on what is in season. We produce olive oil and handmade olive oil soap, we provide complementary samples when you visit us. The space The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable. The living room has a small but well equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, refrigerator and enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for 4 people. Because the apartment is partially underground it stays nice and cool in the summer months and there is underfloor heating for the winter months. We have a 2 acres of land mainly comprising of olive trees. There are lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the views and beautiful sunsets. Guest access Guests will be given a remote control for the gate to the property on arrival and a key to the apartment. Guests are welcome in all outdoor areas other than the private terrace on the first floor. Other things to note A light breakfast, tea and coffee will be provided in your apartment.
