The space You have an entire private cottage to yourself Guest access You have access to the whole cottage as well as the 1 acre shared yard (shared with two other cottages). The property is mostly shaded by large oak trees. There is a privacy fence on one side and sweet Guernsey cows on the other two sides. It is mostly fenced… the front does not have a gate but it is located on a quiet, dead end country road.
