The first room is a master suite with a King-sized bed with a full bath and a walk-in closet. In addition, there is a TV in the Master room that has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu. The second room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full and Twin sized beds for the kids. Also, there is second full bathroom upstairs for the convenience of the guests. Downstairs has a two living rooms, the entry living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a pullout bed. This space also has an office desk if needed for work purposes. This space also leads to the main living room, where you can relax and watch some TV in front of the fireplace. The living room TV has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu. Downstairs also has a full kitchen with a dining area that has a circular dining table and four comfortable chairs. There's a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Yard Space: Come and experience this backyard oasis, newly planted 12-foot Leyland evergreen trees for better privacy, new 7-seater hot tub and cozy up next to the wood burning fire pit. Guest access Easy access to the popular Happy Valley food cart, grocery stores (New Seasons etc.), restaurants (Killer burger, Noddle man, Starbucks coffee shop etc.). Enjoy the outdoors with a hike to the beautiful Hidden Valley Falls, and nice stroll to some nearby parks (Village Green Park, & Ashley Meadows Park). If you enjoy hikes, you would love Mount Talbert Nature Park, located less than 10 mins drive away. A quick drive to Clackamas Shopping Mall, and Kaiser Hospital. About 20 minutes' drive to the Portland Downtown and Portland Airport (PDX). The Oregon coast/Beaches are about an 1hr 45mins away. The guests will access to the whole house. You can park on the property driveway and permitted street parking. Come in and out of the home with easy-to-use touch keypad at the entrance door. You have high speed internet, 24/7 Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs in the living room and master's room. Both TVs have Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu.
