Studio Sole Assisi

The space The studio is with a terrace and is at the foot of Assisi, very close to the Assisi train station and about 30 minutes walk to the Assisi historical center / 10 minutes by bus. It is also by train 20 minutes from Perugia, 2 hours from Florence (direct train) and 2 hours from Rome (also direct train). It has a beautiful view of the city of Assisi that you can admire from the balcony and everything is in a walking distance, including grocery store, lyric theater, city swimming pool, bus stop, train station, restaurants and everything else you might need during your stay. The size of the studio is approximately 350 Sq. feet (35 square meters) and it is on the second floor with elevator. In the same building on the ground floor there are many shops, including a coffee shop, barber, home supplies shop and a grocery store. It is conveniently located at 1/4 of a mile from the Assisi train station and practically you don't need private transportation. It comes with air conditioning and central heat. It has a full kitchen and sleeps 2 people (or 3 if needed). There is also a washer, otherwise there is a laundromat shop on the ground level.
