Waterfront Oasis with Sunset & Sunrise with Dock

Sea Horse on Placid Bay. What better time to vacation at a beautiful property with unbelievable views. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is a perfect home for waterfront fun. This house has it all for the water lovers, 67 feet of waterfront. Hang out on the dock and fish. Get in the water, swim, relax indoors, play darts, or watch a movie. So much to do in this home. You can jump over to the town, beach, historical sites, and even a winery. All the action is a 4-7 mile drive! Boat not included. The space The upstairs bar room has amazing views and games (dart board), music, and local cable package tv with fire tv sticks. Inside you will find 3 huge bedrooms all with their own bathrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs). Upstairs relax in your own entertainment space with a full bar area (full refrigerator). The living room has a full cable package with a huge couch and 1 lazy boy to relax on. The kitchen is newly remodeled with brand new dishwasher. The laundry room is in its own room with plenty of space and a large water heater. I would consider the back two decks to be amazing places to hang out, too. The view is priceless. The house has a big front yard for yard games and a fire pit in the backyard. The dock has a boat lift, jet ski lift, and crab pot hanger (crab pots available, too). Fishing poles and life jackets are provided. A canoe to explore the waterway (so much nature, including eagles, swans, fish, and other wildlife). Corn hole is available in the garage. The canoe on the lower wall near the water is available to use as well. Guest access All spaces besides the front sheds. Other things to note Life jackets and water toys are in the water deck shed. Canoe and bikes for use are stored in the garage. Relax on the deck or under the tiki bar. Please check out my guidebook for our favorite places to visit in the area. The internet isn't the best in Colonial Beach. If it's spotting and cutting out please reset it by unplugging it and plug back in. No guarantees it works perfectly.
