We invite you to spend a relaxing time at the River City Lodge in the “Harbor of Hospitality!” The space Be our guest in the newly remodeled River City Lodge, which is believed to be one of the oldest Masonic buildings in NC that housed the Oddfellows fraternity, built around 1847. The Lodge houses 3 Airbnb suites, with the Munro suite and Lighthouse suite on the upstairs floor, and the Secret room on the downstairs floor. The Secret room is a studio space with queen size bed, a kitchenette and full bathroom. The River City Biergarten in the courtyard is open on Thursdays from 4pm-9:30pm, with live music typically from 5:30-8:30pm. Join us for a cold beer! Guest access The lodge sits on property adjacent to our home, and offers a downstairs gathering space, the “Leatherneck Lounge” that provides a pool table for guests to enjoy (with quiet hours from 9pm-6am) and washer and dryer free of charge. The covered outdoor patio area with big screen tv offers a comfortable space for guests to relax, in addition to a firepit, a pond with a small “nook” perfect for a good book, and a small backyard area that houses kayaks to explore the river that is 5 blocks away. Bikes are also available to explore our downtown area, and ample parking is available on the street or in our private parking lot. Other things to note The Lodge sits in one of Elizabeth City’s many historic districts and is walking distance to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, a fabulous wine bar and our gym that is also accessible 24 hours and at your disposal.
