The space This spacious three-bedroom resort suites measures approximately 1,056 - 1,786 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, one king or two full beds in the second bedroom, one or two full beds in the third bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms and a balcony. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private area sleeps six to eight. Guest access Guests must check in at the front desk. Present valid photo i.d and credit card for incidentals. If you are going to check in after hours please notify your host in advance. If you need a late check out please ask your host the day before check-out. Other things to note Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot. Grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; car is recommended to fully enjoy the area Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — lots of choices within 1-2 miles During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
