Kinfolk Cottage is our treasured retreat located in Lake Geneva’s historic Maple Park district. When we’re not gathering here with friends and family, we open our doors to guests. This chic, restored gem blends timeless character with modern comfort. An easy walk to local cafes, boutiques, and the beach, or simply stay in and soak up the cottage charm. Designed for making memories that last a lifetime, Kinfolk Cottage captures the true spirit of classic Lake Geneva living. Welcome! The space Light flows through every room and the outside comes into this charming historic lake cottage. All rooms on the main level feature dimmable lighting to create any atmosphere. Each bedroom comes with organic sateen 100% cotton sheets, 2 nightstands, 2 table lamps, closet with hangers, and a ceiling fan. The 4th bedroom/sunroom offers flexibility during your stay, featuring 2 twin daybeds to be used as an auxiliary bedroom, additional lounge space, or cozy reading nook. A small office space off with a desk, chair, lamp and window is located just off the kitchen. Guest access The driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles comfortable, 4 with a squeeze. Additional free street parking is available during Spring, Summer and Autumn seasons. The cottage is located in the beautiful historic Maple Park neighborhood and is a few minutes' walk away from the best bakeries, cafes, downtown shops and the lake. Other things to note While we love hosting guests celebrating special occasions, the cottage is not a party house. We ask that no tape or adhesives be used on the walls or surfaces and no glitter, or confetti be used inside.
